Chardonnay: This is a complex and lively wine showing nectarine and grapefruit aromas rounded out by creamy notes and nutty oak. The palate is fresh with a mineral edge of white peach and grapefruit making way to a savoury mid palate and cashew nut oak finish.
Sauvignon Blanc: The wine has a tight mineral palate with nashi pear, lemon zest and spice flavours with creamy mid palate and a light oak finish. Bright appearance of light straw with a green tinge. The nose is lifted and fresh with guava, lychee, grapefruit and gooseberry notes. The palate is intense and lively with tropical fruits, gooseberry with savoury notes on the mid palate.
