Camembert & Brie,
Camembert has a stronger flavor and doesn't hold its shape as well.
Brie is made with added cream and is considered a triple crème cheese.
Camembert and Brie can be served at room temperature, and goes well with walnuts, white wine, honey, or plum chutney.
Baked Camembert & Brie can be used as a rich dip for fruit, vegetables, or biscuits. Both can be melted in the oven.
Store chilled.
