Frozen Fish Fillets
Basa Fillets are a mild tasting, white fleshed, boneless fillet that cooks well in most cooking methods. Try basa in a Vietnamese curry, baked with coconut milk and coriander or use for fish cakes.
Blue Grenadier Fillets are delicate, succulent, and tastes slightly sweet, producing a medium flake once cooked. It is more flavourful than most other white fish because of its higher fat content but is still relatively mild-tasting.
