Direct from King Island, these crayfish are raw just need to be thawed and cook using methods we recommend.
Boiling method: Leave crayfish overnight to thaw, heat water until boiling, add salt, dill and crayfish. Bring to boil for about 15 - 20 minutes. Once cooked, submerge in iced, salty brine and cool. Refrigerate or serve.
Grill method: Leave crayfish overnight to thaw, cut in half wash the insides, grill on hot BBQ or grill for approximate 15- 20 until meat flakes apart with fork . Apply favourite dressing, serve immediately.
