Direct from King Island, these crayfish are raw just need to be thawed and cook using methods we recommend.

Boiling method: Leave crayfish overnight to thaw, heat water until boiling, add salt, dill and crayfish. Bring to boil for about 15 - 20 minutes. Once cooked, submerge in iced, salty brine and cool. Refrigerate or serve.

Grill methodLeave crayfish overnight to thaw, cut in half wash the insides, grill on hot BBQ or grill for approximate 15- 20 until meat flakes apart with fork . Apply favourite dressing, serve immediately.
